(Note: these Q&As all refer to individual institutions' personalized subdomains such as scu.jury-system.com for Santa Clara University, not to the administrative site, jury-system.com. If you are trying to log in to create a repertoire record or book a jury time, you may be on the wrong site. If you don't know the first part of your institution's URL, please ask either your local administrator or contact us at This email address is being protected from spambots. For sites using single sign-on (SSO):

  1. Clicking the login link will take you to your school's login page. Log in using the established credentials you use to log in for other functions of your school. If you were already logged in to your school's network before opening your Jury-System site and you click the login link, it will appear that the front page simply reloads, but you will at that point be logged in to use The Jury-System. If this is your first time visiting your school's Jury-System site, a user account will automatically be created for you.
  2. In the case of a Teaching Assistant who serves as both student and faculty, if the institution's Identity Provider does not map both roles, the account can be edited manually by The Jury-System at the request of the local administrator.

For non-SSO sites:

  1. Each user can create his or her own account, choosing their username and password at that time. To do so, click the "Sign Up" link in the login module that drops down from the main menu.
  2. The default new user created this way is classified as a student, with the access permissions of a student. In the case of a Teaching Assistant who serves as both student and faculty, the account can be edited manually by The Jury-System to reflect both roles at the request of the local administrator.
