Applied Faculty/Administrators/Jurors
(Note: these Q&As all refer to individual institutions' personalized subdomains such as scu.jury-system.com for Santa Clara University, not to the administrative site, jury-system.com. If you are trying to log in to create a repertoire record or book a jury time, you may be on the wrong site. Anyone teaching students who will be performing juries, evaluating juries, or reviewing student records must have an account on their school's Jury-System website before students create their repertoire records.
For sites using single sign-on (SSO):
- The user type should be set automatically the first time one logs in.
- In the case of a Teaching Assistant who serves as both student and faculty, if the institution's Identity Provider does not map both roles, the account can be edited manually by The Jury-System at the request of the local administrator.
For non-SSO sites, Faculty/Staff/Administrator user accounts can be created in two ways:
- Each user can create his or her own account, choosing their username and password at that time. On receiving authorization from the coordinator, Jury-System staff will upgrade the account to the appropriate level.
- The institution's coordinator(s) can send a list of all who should have privileged accounts to
