Anyone teaching students who will be performing juries, evaluating juries, or reviewing student records must have an account on their school's Jury-System website before students create their repertoire records.
For sites using single sign-on (SSO):
- The user type should be set automatically the first time one logs in.
- In the case of a Teaching Assistant who serves as both student and faculty, if the institution's Identity Provider does not map both roles, the account can be edited manually by The Jury-System at the request of the local administrator.
For non-SSO sites, Faculty/Staff/Administrator user accounts can be created in two ways:
- Each user can create his or her own account, choosing their username and password at that time. On receiving authorization from the coordinator, Jury-System staff will upgrade the account to the appropriate level.
